Water heat exchanger

Water heat exchangers, which is manufactured by Agropolus used for:

  • heating administrative offices, as well as various types of industrial buildings (shops, greenhouses, boxes, sheds, etc.. d.) area of 1000 sq. m. and a ceiling height of 3 m.
  • used in various industrial processes involving heating, heating, drying.

This type of heat exchanger works both on traditional fuels (natural gas or LPG, Diesel. Fuel), as well as paired with solid fuel heat source STU on alternative fuels (wood chips, pellets, sawdust, husk of sunflower husk straw, wood) or heat-generators other manufacturers.

In the design of the heat exchanger, special attention was paid to ease of maintenance, which is periodic cleaning of combustion products chimneys and interior surfaces. Through this time, routine maintenance, and hence downtime is reduced to a minimum.

Heat exchanger design and integration with the heat source provides for indoor installation, wherein the heat generator may be located outside. Our designers recommend to mount two heat source for a heat exchanger in order to avoid unexpected shutdowns in the heating season.

Installation of the heat exchanger and preparation for work.

The heat exchanger is mounted on a flat surface of the non-combustible materials (metal or concrete) from the heat generator and connected by a pipe of heat resistant materials.

The installation location of the heat exchanger must be equipped with smoke protection, must be ventilated and equipped with the necessary fire extinguishing (fire extinguishers, sand and so on.).

Maintenance and routine maintenance.

Maintenance of the heat exchanger surfaces is visual inspection for cracks or other mechanical damage, as well as cleaning the inner chamber and chimney, according to the instruction manual.

The detection of a fault, as well as deviations in the heat exchanger is necessary to stop operation of the facility. To begin the repair of the heat exchanger is permitted after cooling of its surfaces to a temperature below 40 0C.

It is forbidden to repair the heat exchanger during operation.
