Heat generators, which produces the company "Agropolus" designed to produce warm air in large volume at the lowest cost fuel. Heat generators of our production are simple to operate and maintain, high savings (fuel consumption is reduced 2-fold compared with the existing analogues).

Heat generator works in conjunction of the heat exchanger manufacturing company "Agropolus" and can easily integrated into other types of heat exchanger, which has already purchased by the customer.

Getting Started.

Heat generator must be installed on a flat, horizontal surface of non-combustible materials, the basis of which the metal or concrete. The platform must be removed from the other buildings at a safe distance (at least 1 m), and also have good lighting.

Near the unit should not be placed explosives (cylinders of propane, butane, methane, acetylene generators, and so on.), As well as flammable substances (POL materials).

The room where the heat generator will be installed must be equipped with smoke protection, and have good ventilation.

At the disposal of operators and maintenance personnel should always be the primary means of extinguishing (sand, asbestos felts, fire extinguisher).

For maintenance and operation of the heat source allowed workers aged 18 years that have passed the necessary training, coaching and received a certificate for admission to work.

Maintenance.

When servicing should monitor the status of the external and internal surfaces of the apparent heat source. Clean the combustion chamber of the ash and slag other every 24 hours.
